I think towards the 2nd half of the trail is where it really became pretty narrow, not really, there was a water crossing part that my 2wd open diff made across....thats really about it for challenging. as far as I know, it was just Daphne Trail

Sorry guys, been really busy moving. Let's plan on doing the swap tomorrow, but I still don't have a reliable place to do it. I have to tow the 09 to where ever we do it so I can't bring it to the hobby shop on base and my new garage is kinda small. Right now my options are do it in the street where it's at now or in the street at my new place about 10 miles away. If anyone else has a better idea, let me know.

I got a set of 18 inch Rock Stars in black with 270/75/18 BFG Rugged Trail T/A's with decent tread, I)'m looking to trade straight up for some 16/17 inch black wheels or some tacoma wheels maybe that I can paint/dip and a little more aggressive tire in a 33 inch.

If they were 17" and AllTerrains, you'd have a buyer

If I had a good way of bringing it there, I would probably take you up on that. But with that and all the trips I would have to take during the part out, it wouldn't be quite cost effective. I appreciate your help though.

Do you think you will have time to help swap parts this weekend? I will get started today after the truck gets to my new house but an extra pair of hands would be handy ;)

I know it can be found on here. But haven't really researched Tacos yet. What is required to get this size on a stock rig? I'd assume at least a 3" lift to clear them. Just wondering.

They won't fit on a stock rig, I've got drakars leaf pack with 2 inch lift in rear and an pro crap leveling kit in front. Front rubs a little while flexing at full lock, I've got eibach/5100's for the frontbut haven't installed them yet. Truck had 33/12.50's on it when I bought it with stock lift in rear and leveling kit infront.

pretty much what I thought.. I know what it takes to put that size under an FJ so figured it wouldn't be that much different......

But I do have to keep reminding myself the taco is my Wife's DD until it is paid off then I can have it to play with :)

Any update on the part switch-a-roo for Kris? I should be free tomorrow. Can bring floor jack, jack stands, and some wrenches if needed.

If my wheels get here before the weekend, I'm down to go. Will know more by Monday.

Side note.... Anyone have any input on The Duratrac vs the Authority?
Saw the duratracs in person, and the 6plys felt weak, and appeared to have less tread depth then the authority in same size.
