They are larger than stock and anything bigger would just take too much from fuel economy to not make them worth while

That's true. But with an overland build, fuel economy should always be a high priority

Alfuh, How much lift is that giving you upfront? And what size tires are you running?

it was fun hehe, got back and found out the driver side UCA bolt wasnt tight, so I re-tightened that bolt down and everything is good to go :D, I think you might have grabbed my 22mm wrench that I had, I couldnt find it in my tool box to tighten the UCA bolt down, I had to use my vice grips instead :D

oh god uhhh...well it was about 3" now its id say about 6"-7" up front. I've got 13" from tread to fender compared to my previous 9" before the spindles. 265/75/R16 Terra Grapplers are what Ive got on now

Whoa! That was close. I probably do have it. I'll bring it to the meet. Or to the base. Which ever.

thats what im planning on doin! 315/75/R16 Trails graps, after I get a detroit locker and the monies for 4.56 gears

ya lol, I was wondering what that popping sound was and I think thats what it was, I just happened to see if the nut was tight....and the freakin washer was spinning lol...so I tightened em back up and all good now.

im not too worried about the wrench, either at the meet or you could swing by the Tower and toss it in my bed, I work from 5am - 1:30ish PM the next 2 days, or if ya really want to, we can just wait till the meet this weekend, all up to you man

Ok guys I might need some input or ideas. When I get back from work in two weeks I'm planning on building my own truck vault for my bed to replace my tool box I have now. I have all the plans worked out but one major one and that's how to waterproof the box. Now I've thought about just rhino lining the box but I'm not sure that would be enough. Any ideas?

What about rubber door stripping? One on top, one on bottom.

I plan on having the draws inset to the box about an inch then the weather stripping and a good solid locking latch to make the face water tight I'm just stuck on what I should cover the outside of the whole box with to waterproof it.

Well I plan on using ply wood but if I have to get some better wood I will. Just trying to make this on a budget and a time frame. Only have a 7 days home this trip.
