My friend Stevo just loaned us this 1971 Penzgauer troop transport to roll around Maui in for a few days. After quick primer and a little history he let us take it cruising. Aside from it's serious appearance I was really stoked on the feel of it, Independant rear suspension, vertical rifle mounts in front of the passenger seat, rear seats for 8, removeable front cab and rear cover, 24 volt electrical system and what seems to be a machine gun mount on the roof. 50cal maybe? here's a link to Difflock where they have a little history if your curious. ....cool ya'll, just thought it would be fun to share.http://www.difflock.com/diffmag/issue14/pinzgauer/history.shtml
