    Saw that on the news this evening, no excuse. The other boroughs are getting screwed during this storm. Manhattan is completely cleaned up but parts of brooklyn and queens still haven't been touched...Worst part about that video is that it was brought to mayor bloombergs attention and he said that he wasn't sure if the owner of the SUV would be compensated, had to go through the sanitation lawyers...I'd be PISSED

    Why should the driver care? It's easier than putting chains on. All that will happen is he'll get a warning on his job (city/state worker). The city's insurance will pay the owner of the SUV. They'll then charge the city/state more when they renew their insurance, and the SUV owner's taxes will pay for it. ;)
