    i used to get a call every day from those idiots. i said the same thing. but i said i'd require $3.4 million for my $250k house. the first couple times, they'd stutter, and ask how i justified it. i'd just reply with "it really comes down to supply and demand. i have the only supply, you're creating the demand." they'd work their way around delicately telling me that it'll never happen, or trying to get me to admit it's not worth it, and eventually they'd hang up.

    took a full week of that before they took me off the list...

    if i've got to move out, they've got to make it worth the hassle...
