I don't loan my taco out. Only person besides me who drives it is my dad. I used to loan it out to my former bestfriend, but, times change and so do people.

the only people that have driven my truck are immediate family, and very few friends.

not to say that i haven't had people ask if i could help them move stuff, but they threw in gas money + a lil more, so i was fine with it. I agree with germ though, people constantly asking you to go pick something up for them can get quite annoying

I think I've let 4 friends drive my truck.

2 were because I was...unable to drive at the time.

And then there were 2 girls I tried teaching how to drive a manual to. Both of them sucked at using 3 pedals. I dont know how they could be that bad.

from my own experience and other's, NEVER let someone borrow your truck. I have had bad things happen. And guess what? No matter how cool or close that person is, if something happens to your truck, they won't help you out.

I have to let my mom drive my truck, she's my mom...But thats only been on 2 occasions...

But other than that, my girlfriend drives my truck all the time, but thats only because shes almost as good a driver as dana patrick! haha if she could back up and tow trailers, she'd probably be as good a driver as I am. I an extremely lucky in that respect.

I let this other girl drive it 3 blocks before I made her pull over and get out, and it was on an abandoned road at 12pm. The reason was she was thinking of getting a tacoma...
