    Mr. Klegg-
It has been advised to let this go. And I would not name any particular source because then you may want to debate the source. I will, in fairness say, there are many...many...maybe countless sources/books/information on the subject. For me to note a particular one may show bias. So I won't.

    meanwhile...
How about that MLB All Star Game!!!!

No worries. You like Ice cream? I do. Particularly fond of chocolate. And Reese pieces Sundays at Friendly's. Have to have the marshmallow sauce though.

china actually has extremely high standards for imports as to quality, emissions etc. Toyota exports Venzas to China and the QC on them is pretty intense

My bosses wife had a 2012 GMC Yukon (bought it new) and the transmission went out not too long ago, they bought another one though... I guess some people just don't learn , I guess that's brand loyalty for ya!

Buddy has a 2013 Tahoe Xlt 70,000 miles and the rings are seized. $4500 to fix, still owes over $20k on it. Service manager has seen this "multiple times" on vehicles that drop cylinders to save gas. This thing smokes like the car off of the movie uncle buck.

There are not many vehicles that can compete with the Tahoe/Suburban for what it is and can do.

And Chevy doesn't make an XLT.

You've been a member for a frigin month and you come into this thread rambling about nazis and you practically called another seasoned member a jew hater.

You need to get off your damn soap box. Ridiculing guys that support the Ford brand even though its founder had nazi sympathy's, funny thing is you bought a damn German car, bwah! Talk out of both sides of your mouth much?

Wow. Hello. Nice to meet you. Do you like pudding? I do. Chocolate is my favorite.

Now my point (which seems to total escaped you. ) Was that every major car company has skeletons. So brand loyalty based on pride is silly.

I never called him a hater. I did point out that some folks could be insulted by what I personally feel was not ment to be an offensive comment....but did come off that way. Sometimes people offend without meaning too. So yup I was doing what I would do to look out for any ethnic group, religion or gender for that matter....it's kind of the well.....right thing to do. IF being sensitive to other people's feel is a problem for you might I suggest you take a long look in a mirror.

Someone else talked about ford pride over toyota. I pointed out the history of ford to illustrate how silly that is..I for one do not hold a company or person for that matter accountable for the sins of thier fathers....which is why I did once own a Ford (mustang SVO..worst car ever). And own a German car now. Of course....hobby lobby and IBM I make acceptions for. But that is another debate.

Again. In simple words....it is silly. Stupid and frankly ignorant to claim the high road based on brand name. All major car company's have dirty hands. And sometimes good people can unintentionally put thier foot in thier mouths. Now....what kind of beer do you like? I'm going through a dogfish head phase myself. Midas touch is a keeper.

KONA fire rock. In bottles very good. On tap a home run. But at about 6.5% ABV it's got a kick.
