People with multiple tattoos i need help!

that is a picture from the Rime of the Ancient Mariner which is a poem by
Coleridge. i dont know the artist who did it but that is also an engraving and not a drawing. it is my favorite poem too

 

i also like this picture from the same poem. i would just get the albatros and the arrow done.

No matter what you do,look around. Look at their portfolio's . You get what you pay for.

 

Would totally depend on how much shading/ how many different needles/ and how big. I can tell you first hand, don't go with the budget tattoo- if you want all that detail, do it and do it in stages if need be. Been working on a coverup to my first one cause it was a "fast" tattoo. The guy said 15 minutes tops, and I was in :/
