Just wanted to toss this out there if anyone else was interested in refreshing their early 2nd gen wheel.

I took a flyer on this item and its fantastic. Stitch on, tight fit, improoves steering wheel feel. Real leather from all I can tell. Well worth the chump change and 2 lunch hours to stitch on this week. It is pretty tight and you will have to stretch it on the wheel. You may think it will not fit but it will.
Ive seen wheelskin and expensive covers before but this is very comparable.
Ill get a pic up at some point.

Never really thought about doing this, but it looks pretty nice, and it would be nice to have the wheel a lil thicker. As mods go, I don't think they get any less expensive either.

I'll get a pic up soon. The slight thickness has a great feel. Definetly an improvement over the smooth wheel and a step towards freshening up the interior.

Not fat at all, stock one felt just a tad skinny and this makes it perfect.

I bought this awhile back and I finally got time to put it on and I love it! It did take over an hour to do though. Thanks OP!20170226_163704.jpg
