Been searching the web, the Hawk pads I loved in my Mustang don't seem to be available beyond around 2003 for the base trucks. Anybody find a good, grippy pad? I found when loaded it could use more bite, I've got 31" tires too so more weight on every wheel all the time too.

    Thanks!

Not yet but I will. Have you used them in a 5 lug?

Not a 5 lug...... But I've faded brembos/hawks after the blower and switched to ebc stage 5. That, braided lines, and ABS killswitch stops like a mofo.

I have a 2010 5 lug taco and i got some hawk lts pads (green and black box for light trucks). The pads have a slight noise during certain pressures of breaking but nothing too bad. As far as brake performance, they work much better than stock pads and im very happy with them.

I should also mention that i added steel braided brake lines for the front when i replaced the pads. I tow small cars occasionally so i thought this would help with that.
