I have the LCE header, it made a small difference. I have a KVA intake - combo of K&N tube, Volant filter box & an aFe Dry Flow S non-oiled washable filter that still breathes thru the fender well opening that oem uses. No noticeable gains but gets rid of clutter under the hood & has washable filter. Gibson catback exhaust, sounds much better, has smaller muffler that isn't as big as a bbq pit but maybe slight to no gain in pwr. I do have one of the Tooter intake manifold spacers but have not installed yet. Expecting a small improvement in driveability from lowering peak torque down to something useful in daily driving. Also have the URD MAF calibrator but is not installed yet. Between that and the Innovate wb02 sensor/gauge I will be able to tune the AFRs to take advantage of all the other mods. NO, it will never be any pwr master but that isn't the point. Driveability improvements are all I ever was after. It is a 4 cyl for God's sake. Also I have the URD short shifter kit that makes the manual more fun as well. One could get another little bump if you ditch the fan/clutch and go with an electric fan. Did that on my 82 with 22r and it helped. All of what I have done has made my truck more fun to drive and still retained 20+ mpg running 31" tires and lifted 1.85" so people can say whatever about modding the thing being worth it but that is a personal choice just like every other possible suspension, lighting, armor, interior, audio or expedition mod there is. Wade thru all the opinions and facts and do what you think you want or need to, just like everyone does and have fun widdit. If you're not having fun then you're not doing it right.

word on the street is that bronze plated bull testicles on your trailer hitch get you mad pussy...thats a start. For the record, If we can't bust people's balls on here all in good fun then I guess these posts belong in the 3rd gen forums. Last I checked, guys mess with each other and give each other a hard time. I guess some people would rather this be a girl scout troop and we should all hold hands and sing Kumbiah. Seems like OP took no offense, so all I see is some friendly hazing. (although I did get suspended in hs for "hazing" if thats what you want to call it)

LoL holy shit you guys talk a lot!

I'm deployed, so we're on opposite schedules. I didn't storm out to fix my bunched up panties. I was sleeping, dickfaces.

@DCSBFTMFW knows our date is still on for later, and our bromance is strong.

I have to go - I hear some 35s that are yearning to be stuffed under a Taco with 5100s...

@OP glad you could find some answers, and witness some of your first TW girly slap-fights! :cookiemonster:

    Gentlemen.
