I am going to intstall a trd cai and was thinking about installing a throttle body spacer also. I havent worked on trucks that much but i know how to mechanic a lil bit. I was wondering if anyone has installed a throttle body spacer and if it is worth doing it. What kind of increases does it give and how difficult is the installation

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
You get nothing but a whistle from a TBS. Don't waste your money.

Stock intake plenums utilizes ACIS to control runner length for optimal performance through the full RPM range. A TBS would only produce gains where the longest runner length is needed. In return, when a shorter length is needed you'll be making that longer, and could hinder performance.

My advice, skip it and move on to the next mod.
