So are most people just running after market exhausts, headers, cold air intakes for their prerunner builds? Just curious what people are doing for increased performance.

if your intrested in what the "least" is doing after the manifolds, and exhaust they are getting larger intercoolers for their superchargers, pulleys like some have mentioned, and reinforced piston rods, heads, crank shaft and sleeved cylinders. Then you can get crazy like some people and get a light weight li-ion battery, carbon fiber drive shaft, traction bars, smaller tires with more tread, stiff shocks, 10 pound tire rims, and then you call the white coats cause your speed and track crazy then its all goes down hill from there
