i am not a chemical engineer, should i be
all you gotta do is seal out the oxygen as far as i know after its encapsulated
so far all i have found is some surface crust under all the bad old coating that was peeling and clogging the drains

    There's really only 1 option.
Disassemble and hot dip galvanize by its heel.

this green internal frame coating was quite interesting!, it ran down dripping on the new paint outside (easily wiped if immediate) the access holes and dried INSTANTLY on the crusty parts not yet blasted/re-coated deep back behind the muffler on the side
should've worn a long sleeve shirt because that product burned my arm skin dripping down on me, safety goggles were worn as a precaution

i need to re-scope it for full coverage achieved (why i used the green product) and then do the black internal spray

Hey Jay, my Dad had colon cancer (survived), so my doctor has me getting a colonoscopy every 3 years. Your laying there, on your side, with your gown open in the back. There is a big screen TV on the wall.

While your waiting for the DR and the anesthesia, inevitably, one of the nurses will ask "you doin okay?". My standard answer always gets a laugh: "yeah, but I feel like I am about to star on an episode of Naked and Afraid. My ass is showing and there is a camera headed for it.".

here's a few lengthy short videos of poking around the rear spring perch area on the passenger side
I used quite a potent magnet stick and a 100 psi air hose to blow out any loosey goosey peeling coating before applying the eastwood green IFC to convert & seal it up
time taken probably a good 10 hours over several days, in just this one area :(
there was also quite a bit of black aluminum oxide grit the magnet pulled out from getting in there from the exterior sanding several months ago...

i used the green coating initially to see if any spots were missed, which there seemed to be with the black areas, and will do another black IFC coating on top when the weather gets more conducive for this task but it would seem i mentioned this previously

black IFC on 10-10-2020 in the far rear passenger side behind perch
looks like i have some more labor to do on getting this internally coated better with the black
good thing i did the green FIRST so its much easier to see the spots missed (1:30ish TS) with the borescope because this black spray sure makes it difficult to see well inside its so dark
i'm not sure if there is a convenient hardcore light small enough to fit inside the frame holes and light it up inside better than the led on the scope does

Several coatings of the IFC are recommended
It's gonna be in the upper 30s 40s this weekend
    This suks!
Wanted to at least get passenger side knocked out
    :annoyed:
