    My first anomaly.

We actually got some much needed rain Sunday night and into all of Monday. Just a steady drizzle the whole time that amounted to about 1.75". I drove my truck yesterday and after starting, while in my driveway near my flatbed trailer, the rear and left corner perimeter sensor fired off a warning. The rear went quiet immediately as I pulled away from some stuff I had behind the truck. It had been flashing a green light. The left corner however, had started with a red warning indicating something was VERY close...which it wasn't. It continued as I drove down the street with occasional pauses but it would fire back up.

I can turn it off with the "P" switch and the BSM does not indicate any anomaly in the side mirror so it's exclusively the perimeter sensor. As I drove and possibly displaced water from the sensor area, it lessened in frequency but continued intermittently for the length of my 20-25 minute drive. I got video of it to show the dealer on my next stop in but wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what the remedy might have been. I definitely don't want to have to deactivate the feature, especially in bad weather conditions where I find it quite useful during poor visibility periods.

A little here... A little there...
I had this same issue with my 2016 TRD Sport. Had service techs look at it and never could solve it. Dont know if I've experienced it yet with my 21 PRO.

Apart than suggesting the usual “take it to the dealer” post i could recommend taking a look at each sensor for a proper seal of the unit. If its been compromised then at that point id take it to the dealer and claim “safety issue” to have the sensors replaced.

you wouldn’t want to have a scenario where you expected a system to work but didn’t due to environmental contamination and ended up hitting an object or worse a pedestrian in low vis.
