All that stuff on the ground would be a lot better than in the bed. And a with a proper sleeping pad, not an air mattress you'll be better

You also may not like winter camping, that is a thing.

    Everything TW members recommend
Air mattress will transport cold air straight to your body. Get a sleeping pad. It will insulate you from the cold truck bed.
    Flannel blanket? WTF?
Use wicking layers while inside the sleeping bag. It will move your sweat from your body.
Wet + Cold = very cold

    Most expensive mod yet though.
Also really increases the rig's complexity and can lead to odd failures and breakages.

On the other hand, way better reviews than a warm sleeping mat.

    True.

But no matter if you buy or rent, divorce lawyer mod is necessary. And that ain't cheap.

Really? What better way to keep warm in the cold.

Edit: for the record, I only camp alone. My wife would kill me otherwise.

Next adventure will depend on weather I surmise. No snow, blues and maybe some blacks. If snow, then greens and blues. You coming? Sliders ready to be welded on yet?

I mean, they are as good as they are gonna be, got all the rust off and the weld spots are damn near mirror polished, on one at least. Sunk a wire 2 inches into my wrist and that was that.
