If I told you, I'd have to kill you.

Still unsure on my thoughts of the rack.
Spacing is a bit narrow compared to other MOLLE systems I have.
I have yet to actually mount/hang anything from it.

That fixture looks pretty sharp, I like the choice of tubing. I always keep thinking of stocking up on some rectangular bar like that for projects. What wall thickness did you use? 1/8th or 3/16th? Structurally you'd want to have it go the other way, but then that would compromise more space and not look as cool. Good job, especially considering the welder you used lol. And I don't mean that in a negative way. I love my fancy HTP TIG and MIG machines but it takes skills and patience to make decent welds with a flux core hehe.

Also I dig the title of this thread. If your project vehicle is completely "finished", then either you gave up or you're not doing it right haha.

    Thanks man.
I believe it was 3/16 wall. Can't honestly remember. I used enough grinding pads/wheels to keep Home Depot in business for a while.

I had it for about 9 months and it got loaded up plenty of times without issue.

LOL at the Home Depot reference. Nice, so you don't use it any more? Sorry if you posted about it, I'm having a super lazy day and didn't get a chance to go through it all yet. I remember my first welder, bought a Lincoln from Home Depot before I knew what a difference shield gas makes. Needless to say I returned it the next morning after 2 hours of cussing while trying to weld a few pieces of angle iron together. Haha I've learned much since then.

Went back to a camper shell. Better fit for my uses.

Welder was borrowed from a friend. Wish I had a place to run a welder nowadays though.
