edit: Before someone says it, it's not road rage...it's road aggravation at most. I'm not going to get out and beat anyone or run over them.....but go!! This is a highway. This is what we've all agreed on. You don't just stop on the highway to let side traffic come in. There's a reason they had (I assume they had) a stop sign and the highway didn't.

 

I asked him if he laid on the horn, he did not. My father isn’t one for emotionally inclined confrontation although he should have made an exception here. His bloody life was at stake. But you know how it goes, old dogs, new tricks…..

This this and this. Even if they're not physically distracted they're mentally distracted off in their own little bubble not actively paying attention to their surroundings. If anyone wants to see the degree of distraction on the roads pull the publicly accessible (public record) intersection Red Light and radar photos from your local justice center. Make a person want to sell their vehicles and take the bus.
