actually...a few pieces of quality legislation would do it, and save a lot of bloodshed.

Look it up. When everyone was dieing first coming to America they offered prisoners (including murderers) the chance to have a new start in America. Most of our forefathers were prisoners.

no disrespect...and I want no part in an internet argument...

but, you made the assertion "Most of our forefathers were prisoners"...I believe it would be your responsibility to back it up beyond suggesting "higher education reading"

    no I do not.

and you have not given me a reason to believe "Most of our forefathers were prisoners".

    -most?
    -which forefathers specificially?
    -where imprisioned?
    -when imprisioned?
    -for what crimes?
    -for how long?
    -why were they released?

my point is: if you are going to make a bold statement as you did, you may get challanged on such a statement...and if you want it to have credibility...you will need more than, "go read a book and find out for yourself".

    good luck.
