Not sure the choices are all there, I had the TSB but I have the 3-4 flair after sitting awhile, which was never part of the TSD fix.

Bought in Dec 2015 with 3 miles on her.
Never experienced the frantic shifting problems. Just the delay from R to D.
Had the ATF filled to the correct level @ 5000miles. 10,000 miles had the TSB for the reflash. And now sitting at 11,500 miles with not even the slightest hint of transmission"issues". Truck drives great! Glad I bought my 2016!

DOP 8/3/2016 (had 400miles when purchased) and returned for my old truck on 8/28 (2000 miles) and now I own a new Ford F150.
TSB and oil level checked and claim opened with no satisfaction. After owning 8 or 9 previous new Tacoma's and 8 Camry's and the way I was treated, I'm very disgruntled with Toyota and the way they handled me. I'm glad some on here have no issue's, I wish I was one of the lucky ones too!

ATF level was fine, purchase with 3 mile, just completed 10k and driving on new TSB. 1/2 harsh shift gone, hold gears longer and not rapidly hard shifting between 3/4 when going up hill anymore, holds gear longer up to 70 mph, feels like more torque has been unleashed and more responsive off the gas pedal from a stop. Very happy. Love my 2016 all around now!

R-D shifting, uphill shifting, cruise control shifting. No issues after the TSB. Did not have ATF fluid checked. 1/2 qt down on a 11qt system is not an issue.
