I have some Phillips Ultra Slim ballasts sitting in my garage that I had installed on some of my previous vehicles. I believe they are XLD145 ballasts and were used with rebased D2R 9006 bulbs. I have all the wires/ballasts, but no bulbs.

I would like to put these to use if possible, so my questions are:

    1) Are these even compatible with our trucks?

    2) If so, would I need a specific harness to use them, or just a different type of bulb?

    3) Is there any way to use these AND retain high beams, or would the high beams be eliminated completely? Could something like these work or am I way off base? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PHIL...Q5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ht_2275wt_1165

    Thanks
    Matt
