hello someone could tell me how is the process to inspect a 2002 tacoma in philadelphia, the inspection center connects the truck to a computer by the port OBD2 to read the content or just need to pass the sefaty inspection, what happens if the truck has The check engine turned on and I turned it off shortly before arriving at the inspection center?

I was going to drive the 10 hours, but just been forced to work Saturday.

This ^^, I like to drive, and new scenery.

I'll make next meet to find out what all the hype is about with these cheesesteaks.

In pa emissions test has to pass b4 safety inspection can be done.
If yow turn off CEL the truck has to be driven till the emissions monitors a reset there is 7 monitors 6 must be rest to run the test.
If you have a code reader there will be a icon for each monitor they can not be flashing.
my 98 has needed an evap solinoid for 2 years, turn off CEL,watch monitors.when 6 are reset i get my emission test done, then a day later my CEL comes back on till i repeat next year.
