For those of you wondering about the Phoenix Automotive Tesla screen, and you’re thinking about potentially purchasing it for your Tacoma. Let me just start off by telling you please don’t. Save your time and money. I placed an order with them in the first unit came to me cracked, my $600 was tied up for over a month while we figured out how to send the unit back to China and have them get me a replacement. A replacement finally came and its connection to the Internet did not work with my SIM card. It’s been , my $600 was tied up for over a month while we figured out how to send the unit back to China and have them get me a replacement. A replacement finally came and it’s connection to the Internet did not work with my SIM card. It’s been over two months now and the problem has not been resolved. I’ve taken countless time off of work to troubleshoot with their tech-support, their Tech Support has been over an hour late to schedule meetings we’ve had, total disregard for their customers time. The issue is still not fixed after multiple “software updates” Which included me downloading files. They emailed me onto a thumb drive which had God knows what malware or spyware on it. They are refusing to refund me until I send me it back, I’m afraid if I send the unit back, I’ll never see my money. Please save your time and energy and never order this horrible product

Are there any other higher end options that Aldo the same thing that actually work?
