Phone Audio Doesn't Always Connect

I could use some help. I have a 3rd Gen TRD OR Non-JBL. I have Galaxy S7 phone and it connects fine through the Bluetooth for phone calls but it doesn't always connect the Audio to play music. A lot of times I have to turn the bluetooth off on the phone then turn it back on for it to connect. The other problem I have is trying to run my I Heart Radio through app on the trucks touch screen.

Has anyone else had similar issues with this?

I have tried several search phrases on the forum without any luck.

 

i have a 2013 and an s7 also and mine just started unpairing from iheartradio like every couple minutes.started like 2 weeks ago.tried everything....please help!!!!!
