Phone call

Have a question that make in other forum, regarding to phone Bluetooth.
When you press a call button on steering wheel the phone application appears on main screen, but when you try to scroll to select a phone number from steering wheel button that scroll radio stations not a numbers. I selected manually on touchscreen. Or voice comand. On the 2015 taco and 2016 4Runner that’spossible scroll from the steering wheel.
Someone found the way to scroll fromthe steering wheel?

 

turn your phone off and drive,, too many people on there phones while driving, wish cops would inforce the laws

 

I just use the voice command. It works great for me.

 

Call your salesman, my salesperson set up blur tooth for me, but I have not used it yet. I bet your guy will know

 

Just hit the voice command button and say call "person's name". It's so much easier.

 

is that the blazing fast version of blue tooth?

 

for those wondering, inforce is the obsolete spelling of enforce - I just had to look it up

 

I use the hands free call option constantly. I don't really feel it interferes with my driving?

Did you try using the directional pad on the right side of the steering wheel? You can use it to scroll to your contacts on the MFD and select the contact you want to call there .You cannot control the touch screen from the steering wheel.

 

Im good using voice comand, some liter problem with strange people names. Maybe was a costume to my 2015 tacoma radio. But imo Are good that the application that appears on main screen let the driver the possibility too control from steering wheel switches. Wat about whit people that can’t talk?
