phone volume too low on 2013 entune JBL

I have a 2011 Tacoma JBL with a 2013 Entune radio installed. it works fine for the most part but I am getting annoyed with bluetooth calls. The volume of the phone call is too low. I increase the volume and when I hang up the radio is blasting. for example I usually run radio at 20, I have to turn the phone volume up to 30+ to be able to hear.

I can't find a way to permanently increase the volume of the phone on the Entune. Is it just me that this happens to? is there something I am missing? I cannot check the manual because I don't have one for a 2013 Entune JBL.

Go to APPS then set up and select phone settings. This is where you can find the volume settings. Hope this helps
