    Hey folks!
My wife has a crikut and I wanted to try it for doing a vinyl overlay for my cheese grater grill letters. I hate the silver and was thinking white or maybe some kind of pattern. I was wondering if anyone has the .png file with the letters in the correct size and would be willing to post it here?

So I could do something like this but with a simple stick on and not have to pay $40 for new letters

I also may try to cut this out and scale it properly to see if that works. The issue is that it has to be pretty exact, but if I can use Photoshops gridlines to match the measurements it should get close:

Can you put the letters on a copier, and print or scan to a file actual size?
    Import to cutting program
I have cut letters out in this fashion several times

Not a bad idea. I would have to take them off but that could definitely work.

I was also thinking of trying a 3D scanner app and seeing how well that works

Old PNG file I used when I got custom letters made for my 2G Grillcraft.

PM me your email address, and I can directly email you the PNG file, that is 76" x 13" at 96 DPI ... so lots of wiggle room to downsize.

I forget where I originally got this from, but there were some different styles and this one used the very round O. Added a 2nd option in red.
