Can someone help me before a retrofit.
Can someone paint the shrouds white? and maybe the whole truck if you have time?

I strongly disagree. No such thing as too big in Photoshop. I would much prefer a giant picture of a wheel than one that's the same or smaller. It's easier to select and simply shrink a large picture down. The detail will still remain and it will look right. If a picture is too small, it'll look pixelated when it's sized up. That wheel picture's aspect is not that bad either. It could be flipped horizontally for the rear wheel and a little adjustment with liquify can make it look close on the front.

It was just missed. I'd do it but I don't have PS at work any more.

Looking to plasti derp my front valence due to a "ding/gash" caused by road debris. They make both the "smoke" color (to match my grill) and obviously black. Can you PS guru's show me one of each color? Thanks a bunch for your time-

edit: I think the smoke color is a dark grey color pretty close to my current grill color. ??

Heh, I jump on the easy ones. (That's what she said).

Tell you what - I'll start quoting the ones I start on with an "I'm on it" so that folks know it's being done.

gradually replacing the bumper with hairy bondo ;-)
Thanks - really good to get a look at it - though I have to say that's more because it doesn't look the way I think it will when I just look at the lines. There's a problem here, but it's in my concept, not your (or tupper's) execution. This version ends up feeling too much like a Coke advertising vehicle. Perhaps I should just let the hard lines in the sheet metal go and not tie paint lines to them.

Thanks so much, glad I haven't gone an painted it that way! It will be a while before I get to painting anything more than the wheels, and hopefully I'll get it sorted out.

I agree, just do a straight line - the wave is a little weird (the front fender should follow the crease like you have it in the picture, but not the rear).

Here's what they look like on your truck. As far as the difference between the shades, it's futile to shop them separately. The difference in shades is going to be less than the variability created by the accuracy of the processed photo, my lame laptop display, etc.

I'd say the black would look better, but the difference btw those and your current rims isn't worth the $$ in my opinion.

thanks! the reason why im getting rims is because i cant put 33's on mine without buying spacers, and eventually i would replace my rims anyhow. just saving money in the long!

No problem. And no need to explain to me - it's your truck. My opinion is worth what you paid for it. :proposetoast:

Post pics if you get them, there is a lot of interest in these rims right now.
