I wish I knew his name on here, but the first hybrid billy did on a first gen was on a black one. Looked real good!

Yeah, the only difference is that this one has the filler plates which makes it look much better in my opinion.

Putting filler plates you might as well buy a plate bumper. Defeats the point of the hybrid.

Not really? Still lighter and cheaper than most plate bumpers. Still a hybrid bumper ;)

What is the true purpose of a hybrid?

The weight savings of a tube bumper with the protection of a plate bumper essentially. Plus they look pretty cool.

Here's my crappy shop. Did it in like 5 minutes and my hands are shaky today. The top of the tires may not be quite right.

Does the plate really make much of a difference? I've never had anything come close to my bumper let alone get in between the bars. Nothing substantial between them anyway. lol

    Wow, nice!
I don't know, I've seen a few instances with limbs possibly getting up in the bumper. Just from some of the trails I've been through, I'd rather have a little more coverage to keep stuff from jamming up into the radiator. Very slim chance, but still.

The plate on the hybrid completely covers the ac condenser. You could run no bumper and still not be able to access your radiator as it is behind the condenser. But with the hybrid, the plate portion covers all the vital areas.

Could one of you photoshopper's take a stab at making my wheels and emblem black and maybe lifting the front 2" to see what it looks like leveled out if possible? Thanks!

Jeez that was fast! And looks great, thanks! Any way you could put bigger tires on it too? Like 265x75r16's? Not sure if that's possible

Please find a picture of the bumper you want that is facing roughly the same angle as your truck in the picture.
