2015 GT Performance Package. 3 years of ownership and factory warranty was expiring. I knew I was gonna need warranty if keeping and extended warranties aren't cheap for these (about $3K for 5yr/100K) so it was time to let her go. It was fun while it lasted.

Yes, especially since I'm using the 4cyl tacoma for daily driving. It's a change. I'm not getting rid of my 15 or this new 17. They might not be good in mpg but these trucks in 4x4 are so versatile.

I also own a 1991 K1500 Single cab Sport in 4x4. Now all I have are trucks, trucks, trucks!

2012 Sonata. I liked the car, but Hyundai is having terrible problems with spun rod bearings in those engines. It only had 40k miles but I didn't want the headache if it happened, I sold it to a local small dealer who then resold it two days later.

I didn't trade anything in :anonymous:

But I sold a sleeper of an Audi S4 that was putting about 350hp to the wheels a few months after buying the Tacoma...I miss the car but I'm much less paranoid about what is going to break when driving now.

I didn't trade my Tacoma. But these two contributed to the funds I used to buy it. I also have a '16 Jetta which is still for sale and the sale of it will go to paying the Tacoma off. I've always been a huge Audi guy.

'97 A4 2.8t Quattro 5mt. Really made it mine. Coilovers, air intake, rims and a bunch of other stuff. Miss it every day.

'00 A6 2.7 twin turbo 6mt Quattro. Really fast, rare car. Miss it a ton as well.

Not reliable enough to keep. Build quality on them are not so good. Lots of complaints about misaligned body panels. The A/C condenser has a 50/50 chance that it was going to leak that Ford updated the part. That alone would be a pain to get to being behind the dash. I had issues with random intermittent engine dying at 500 miles. Idle would just drop while cruising to stop clutch in or out. Ford had to reflash my ECM with update 7 months later to fix this issue. Drive train slop. So much so that you'll hear a thud sound when going forward from reverse or vice versa. Interior squeaks and rattle. Driver door squeaked due to grab handle screw being lose. Dash rattled due to the aluminum overlay on plastic. Leaking coolant overflow hose return. Missing under body clips. The trans was notchy and shifter was sloppy.

Many more TSB and complaints that I didn't experience but others have.

The only thing that Ford did right was the 5.0L Coyote motor.

    Holy mother of god

Never owned an American vehicle but I always thought if I owned one, a mustang or camaro eiach with the v8 would be the most reliable

After reading your posts, buyer beware!!!

    Appreciate the info

Technically, it's true. The V8 is the most reliable. But just the V8 as being the motor.
