Sold my 2017 Tacoma, TRD Off Road, Auto


...To get a 2014 Tacoma TRD Off Road (Auto) =)

I've gone through one 1st Gen, two 2nd Gens, one 3rd Gen (and one Toyota pickup 91'). I'm back to the 2nd Gen and love it. Happy with the power and shifting.

Near future probably a lift, some slightly larger tires, some clazzio seat covers and some other small things. In the long term after it's paid off is when i will do things like bumpers, armor, even bigger tires and re-gear , mid travel suspension etc. All the things I don't feel comfortable doing to a truck that I still owe money on.

I definetly miss the EXTRA room and power but it had entirely too many problems.

 

Had to get rid of these for TL at the time...

 

Thank you. Power wise the Ram by a long shot. Looks, the Silverado, but overall I like the Taco the best. Just makes more sense for me and I can make it look really good or better with a nice lift + it will be actually more user friendly than all of the full size trucks that I have had in the past. At least for my needs anyways.

Dis bitch. Was time for 4wd and a usable bed.

 

Sold my 2002 Gran Prix. Only 119K on it. Original 3800 V6, 2nd tranny. Was going to start costing more each year to keep, money better spent on my '05 Tacoma!

I actually just ordered some today. I can't wait to get home and get them on. That will be a few more weeks though.

 

I ordered custom so they took about 10 weeks. what did you order?

 

I just ordered all black. I thought about dark gray but I knew that if it was even the slightest bit different from the gray on the rest of the interior it would drive me nuts. The website said they were in stock so I'm hoping they are there by the time I get home.

 

All Black.Cool pics when installed. How many long to delivery did they quote?

 

I haven't heard anything yet. I assume I will find out on Monday. The only email I have received is the one with my receipt number.

 

I have all black clazzios and I love them. Had them about a year now. Good choice!
