    Can someone who has a wheel with the following specs provide me with a down-the-side shot to see how far the wheels stick out?
    Wheel specs: 16x8, 3.625" of backspacing

    They are going to stick out about 3" further than your stock wheels.

    2" due to the backspacing, and 1" due to width.

    That's very little backspacing for 2nd gens, likely causing the outer edge of your tires to rub on the plastic.

    you have 285s? how much do your tires stick out from the rim? 1/2 inch?

    That was the intent. Took a *lot* of research to make sure they landed dead even with the flare.

    so i just did some measurements, and to have the rim line up with the top of the fender it would have to stick out 3" more.....so that might be perfect

    does anyone have anymore pics like this? like 16x8" with 4" and 4.5" backspacing? specifically down the side shots so you can see how the fenders line up with the wheels/tires?
