    The community I live in has the "no pick-up truck unless in your garage" rule. It originally was worded wrong, but they tried to enforce it until one resident took them to task and now nothing is said unless you have advertising on the side. We have a couple of contractors that are allowed to park their vans(no writing or advertising on the truck) in their driveway because the declarant doesn't specify vans, only pick-up trucks. I don't mind parking in the garage because the tacoma wll fit but full size trucks won't fit. More and more pick-ups are moving in so it's time to rewrite the declarant!

    Hopefully this is something they tell you BEFORE you move in. I'd be pissed if no one said anything until after i moved all my shit or put money down on a house
