Picked up a new toy for 300$

That's a hell of a deal on a CR500

 

Have been put on my ass a few times by one of these 2 strokers. There's no shortage of power and the throttle seems more like and "on & off" switch.

 

I plan on making her band new agian .

yeah, and it takes longer to heal these days as the years have passed I just have to remind myself because the brain still tells me to do stupid and fun stuff.

 

Yea i'm going to take it easy.
My son is 8 years old so I'm also looking into getting him a small bike so on the weekends that I have him we can do something fun.

I've ridden a few 'restomod' 500s (500 motor in a new chassis). Absolutely love those bikes..completely unnecessary power levels but so much fun. I went to the darkside though and bought a 450F. Still have my old YZ250 racebike sitting in the garage though. #vivala2stroke

 

damn! A 500cc 2-stroke. Better be holding on when that power band hits.

 

Ah, for the days when I had my Harley Heritage Softail...WAY too old and creaky for that now.

 

Be ready for the power band. It'll sneak up on you and put you on your ass. Ask me how I know. The good thing was that I was 18 and healed up fast. Here fun and be careful.

I know its going to be a blast to ride. I had a yamaha banshee that was so much fun. I cant wait to get this bike out in the open.

 

Can't beat that deal. Thing looks to be in good shape. Big bore 2 strokes are crazy. Very cool, have fun.
