Nice truck and I echo the welcome from the others. I've had my TRD Pro for a little while now. The only thing I've changed really is to add a camper shell. Other than that it's been perfect for my needs. You're going to love it!

Why do people always bring up the cost of something compared to something else; it costs what it costs. Raptors and BMW’s cost what they cost. You could play the “X amount more and you could have....” game forever with anything.

Maybe he wanted a Taco and not a Raptor or a BMW? Who gives a shit? It’s his money. Just like the money you spent on your truck is yours.

IDGAS what anybody does with their money. And IDGAS what they think I should do with mine...

I just Snowchecked a new sled for next winter. Nothing fancy. Didn't spring for a painted tunnel and skid frame. No colour matched spindles or ski hoops. Put me within spitting distance of 20K Canadian. It's exactly what I want. Point being? I don't think 54K is crazy to get something you want. When it comes to vehicles, it's a rare case of money can buy happiness.

    Enjoy your new ride!

But get that leather looked at. Lol!

Look at autotrader for available Raptors in the lower 48. I'll save you the search, there are 12. Two at $68k, then if jumps to $74k and it ends at $122k. Inflation is high across the board, people are happy to pay MSRP because dealerships are getting more atm.

Local dealer just sold a 2021 raptor for 97k.25 k above sticker, showed up on the lot on Monday. Guy from my work bought it last night. Crazy but they are still selling well above msrp.

Op enjoy the pro, I love mine!

To some 54K is a drop in the bucket. I know some people that put 200K in a vehicle. Enjoy life, it's short. Universe is 4.5 billion years old and we are here for probably 83 if that on average.

    Beautiful machine OP.

I think it's the 54K for a Taco that is catching people off guard. 54K is just a number, but when that number is applied to something familiar it's breathe taking.

Even OP said he didn't pay that, but someone else will. It won't be me, but you might.

One day you will maybe. Prices are not going down. It's insane at the moment how prices and wages are moving up. And they say it's temporary ? I believe inflation is rampant. 50K was the average price for a truck in 2019.
