Not technically an AT but the size is 265/75/16. No rubbing at all (but it is a Pro). Can't wait to get them in the dirt and on the trails.

No lift. Looks like it but it doesn't. That may change in a few weeks though. Thinking about a very small one like 2/1

at this point, I'd take your presidential election over the worthless cunt of a premier (our version of governor) we have in Ontario.
The province is over 300 billion in debt and she just keeps wasting more and more fuckin money funding green energy things then suddenly canceling them. never mind her wasting 3 billion to build 2 gas plants then suddenly cancel it.
2018 election can't come soon enough. Our hyrdro bills are through the roof. Parts of ontario are paying upwards of $800 a month just for hydro because of ridiculous delivery charges. All this started when she sold off a bunch of our hydro company to private investors. She just recently made an appearance at a farmers plow competition and was booed. Polls show upwards of 80% do not trust her or the state of the province anymore and 16% are on the fense. Unemployment keeps going up and only jobs she creates are more government sector jobs which are impossible for most people to get.

As much as I hate Trump and Hilary I'd take either one of them at this point over fuckin Orvelle Redenbacker we have here.

Just brought in a new tax on fuel and natural gas so now $4 a month more for heating, 4cents a litre more on fuel. Said she wants to get rid of natural gas heating for homes for electrical heating even though it will cost us $3000 more a year to have.
Raises the licensing sticker price to $120 a year and then puts an 13% tax on that.
Every new tax she comes up with is subjected to 13% HST. Many are leaving because no one can afford it here anymore.

    Ya dude.
No clue why my girlfriend loves this city so much. We were talking about it yesterday she asked me where would I live if we werent together (she inherited a house in downtown toronto) fully told her far the fuck away from this city if not province thats for sure.

Its ridiculous here dude, and both her and fuck nut trudeau don't want to bring a 15% tax to foreign buyers here like they did in BC which has helped their housing market a lot. Meanwhile here houses that have garages that are deemed unsafe by the city and have a driveway running directly into the house causing major water problems sells for $800k. This city and province are doomed dude. I already told my girlfriend since I'm an electrician if I get laid off I'm going out west.

Houses an hour - 2 hours out of the city are selling for 750K alone. Not sure how anyone can afford to live here. And its just tax after tax after tax.

My only warning for you if you're in Alberta is if you get a chance to get rid of the Liberals do it. Because from all I've heard your Premier and our delightful Wynne are pretty close god knows what awful ideas she's giving your premier

yep that carbon tax is being taxed here lol.
Its the same here. My girlfriend goes to University of Toronto and all the Chinese students there all have fancy condos downtown toronto in yorkville (ridiculously expensive neighborhood). Smart on the chinese parents. Why send your kids to canada for school and pay for a dorm when you can buy a condo have them stay there for a few years then sell it for 200-300K more than you paid?
One of my friends just bought a place in Bowmanville (2 hours out of the city) for 470 during phase 1, now that the site is in phase 2 its already gone up to 530K, in less than a year.
Our housing market in the GTA is completely over inflated. Was watching the news yesterday and they were talking about how many are predicting a hard crash is coming soon. Houses can't continue to sell at this over inflated price.

How is it supposed to be fair for someone just starting out to compete in the housing market with some foreign buyer?
