I noticed the truck doesn’t have the plastic underneath the bumper like mine has did you take yours off? And what’s it for?

It came on there, but I took it off the first day I had it. I didn’t like the way it looked, or the fact that my goofy self was gonna destroy it on something one day. My understanding is that it’s supposed to “help” with aerodynamics and gas mileage.

Nah wasn't hard at all. The worst part is just getting onto and off of the ground. I never looked for a video, but it's honestly pretty straight forward once you get under there and can see what's going on. It's just a handful of hex-flange bolts. I can't remember the size, but the easiest way to get them out is a nut driver. Once I had them all out and the air dam off, I went ahead and screwed them all back in nice and tight. If I remember correctly, a couple of them hold another part of the plastic bumper as well and you wanna make sure those go back in at least.

I recently got 265/75/16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT tires on my stock SR5 wheels (and stock suspension). Looks good, drives good, didn’t notice much/any additional noise. Bit of a mpg hit though (as was the GFC).

Also, I just drove these tires for hundreds of miles off road in Death Valley and had no issues or rubbing.

I didn’t put any of the screws back after removing the plastic spoiler. I don’t think my brother’s off road has any of those screws securing his bumper. But, you have me reconsidering. I’ll have to check his OR next time I see him.
