    Haha I have a guy from georgia that helps me out on a few of my vids... He has done 5 or 6 now but that isnt the first time I have been asked that

    Haha I think he is in High school actually he is just getting in some practice in case he wants to get in to videos and stuff

    Been using the dutch oven a lot lately. Food gone too fast for a photo.

    Some kind of meat/sausages till browned.
    Onions and garlic with more olive oil. (Sometimes I add the salt to the onions)
    Mushrooms. (If a can, then the liquid is saved to add later)
    Various vegetables, like cabbage, broccoli, carrots, celery, etc. (insert imagination here)
    Salt, pepper, shoyu sauce.
    Other spices as I feel like it.
    Add a little water to the hot oven, put lid on, turn it own.

    Stir when done.

    Haven't been leftovers yet.

    Not really cast iron pans but I thought y’all would appreciate this, especially with the recent Wok talk. KB 5 Wok burner! Probably won’t use it till summer but it’s lookin pretty slick, I’m excited!

    We're going to do our own version of it. Probably,rice, beans, chicken (cooked in taco seasoning), onions, cheeses. Possibly to make it a true crunchwrap add some corn tostada shells as a layer. Serve with sour cream, salsa.

    Yeah that sounds good also. Top with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa after it comes out of the oven
