    That does look good! Think I’d probably pan fry the veggies and grill the chicken or maybe grill both as opposed to cooking them in the oven though. And definitely add jalapeños and taco seasoning.

    8.5 Fisher XV2, some switches, some lights.
    Ok, it's not as bad as I thought. The recipe calls for 1 tsp, which still seems like a lot for a small pan like that. But it's WAY less than what they had in that little bowl in the video.

    I think you adapt the spices and stuff to what you like. We will make our own taco seasoning which we put little salt in.

    Few nights ago made some filet mignons in the cast iron skillet and oven, pic is right before going into the oven for 4 mins after searing for a min each side on stove

    Dang it, the food disappears before I can take a pic.
    Quite a few variations. Different meats, even seitan once. Different veggies, different spices.

    Dutch oven is an awesome tool.

    I paid no attention to measurements and did my own spices. Also used thighs since those are way better than breasts. Core ingredients remained the same though. Chicken, BP, onion, cheese, cilantro, scallions, and tomatoes. I'll cook the last part about 15 minutes less next time so it's a little softer.
