I have a similar setup. Gotta love how much breakfast you can cook on those. 90k BTUs ftw.

i have the two burner. a local mexican grocery store sells a carbon steel "panel" that will fit it perfectly. how crucial does the entire rig need to be level? i rarely camp where it is flat.

It needs to be close to level. Mine was not, fried eggs ran down hill. There is a front lip for drainage and a catch can on the left. Next time I'm bringing a level.

Saw one at Linville Gorge the last 4 days. A guy down from Michigan had it, his wife got it for him. Great for the group.

All great food porn, but the cornbread really put a smile on my face. Brother from another mother.

Missed the cast iron griddle section while I was out hunting birds for a couple weeks. I have a high walled cast iron griddle from Cabela's that goes ~50 pounds.

The mother of all gas camp stove griddles. Unfortunately with the whole Cabelas Bass Pro thing it has been out of stock for quite awhile now. Hope they don't discontinue it although mine should last the rest of my life.

Cabin I rented is the same one as last couple of years. But this year found something new in the cupboard. Asked the guy who owns the cabin if he would sell them to me. He is 72 and said they were his mothers and before that his grandmothers. He put it in the cabin the week before. And he would need $19 to replace each with one of those slick teflon pans you see on TV. I already had forty in my right pocket and that is what I was going to start at so handed it to him and said thanks keep the change. Both perfectly flat no cracks and just needs some clean up.
