I am going to put a brake controller in my truck and was wondering where you all mounted yours. I mounted them on the right side of steering wheel on my other trucks but did not know if you all placed them in different spots.

    Thanks,
    Robert

Was planning on placing it under the steering wheel as well but I ddint want to take the limited knee space I had. So I ended up mounting it here. Still have use of the cup holder (not that we run short of those).

I was looking at that today and due to the same reason did not want to lose leg room. Thanks and how did you run your wires.

The cup holder base pops out. Once out I made a slit in the plastic the cup holder sits in and ran the wire through. Once the cup holder is placed back into its spot you cant see the wires coming through cause the brake control blocks the view.

Im going to do more work on the truck this weekend, if you would like I can take a detailed pic of what I described above.
