I jut picked up this Leer 100XL (I believe it's an XL) a couple weeks ago. I need to seal the side windows better because they are leaking some when it rains.

Now for the rant and the need for ideas of how to remedy this issue. The main thing I absolutely hate about this caps design though is the back window. The back of the cap slants forward and when I open the back window when it's either raining or even just wet all the water just runs down off the window and into the bed all over everything I have in there within a foot of the tailgate.

I can't be the only one that has dealt with this. I've always had caps that had a piano style top window hinge so the water would run off to the side and not into the bed.

Any helpful ideas of how to fix this or pictures of what you did to fix it would be awesome. Thanks.

No, I ended up selling that cap. I bought a cap from another member. One with framed windows. No leaks now.

Actually it's an ARE CX model.
