I'm a River Pilot that takes ships from Lewes, DE to Philadelphia. Anywhere from a 5hr to 8hr trip. Depends on the speed of the ship.

Hey Snickrs, sunroof next week. Wrapping up my summer stuff.

Tacoma 24, I found a guy who wanted to swap hoods and $200 convinced him to trade. Thanks for the compliment.

She is still a work in progress. Blacked out tail lights and 3rd light are at home waiting for me to install. I bought them off Sideways on CT. I'll post pics this weekend. The sliders are the last thing and I can't decide which way to go.

    Thanks HomerJ!!!

Yeah nd, I was trying to talk him out of those all pros. I just don't want to spend $500 on the damn sliders. I am eyeballing 4Xinnovations.com sliders. They are saying $250 shipped and they are bolt ons. Thats right in my ballpark. My buddy ordered them (dub cab) and we are going to hold them up to mine to see if they fit.

And 007, I've been searching for all this crap for the last year and suddenly all my deals popped up this last month. Lucky Bastard that I am!!

Pics with the blacked out tail lights by Monday!

Now get back to work nd!!!!!!

Damn Reid, I wish you lived closer! This guy from TTORA(tacosupreme) has the perfect set. I'd kill for these. He bought them half done from a guy and finished them himself. And of course I have the same dog! I couldn't post the pic so here is the thread.

I sold the Gunner 6's to SMEbay on TN. They looked really good but I got a deal on the Ivans and couldn't pass it up! As far as the tires, everyone says the 265/75/16 are as big as you can go with very little rubbing. I ran them before my lift for about a year with no problems and even had my mudflaps on. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions.

Seriously 07TRD, I am clueless about these metric tire sizes. I really can't answer your question. Someone on here will be able to. I just know the 16inch rim sizes. I think the 75 is the height. The 265/75/16s are around 32inches high. That the tallest you can go without a lift. Hope this helps.

thanks for trying TJ but if im correct the 75 is the width of the tire, not height the 265 is the height if im correct. and the reason i asked if a tires the 265/75/16 tire would change to a 255/75/17 is because its measured in cm's i believe and 10 cm = one inch, which is a given making up for the height difference. if i were to go an inch bigger on the rim, id have to go an inch smaller on the tire height to still keep that maximum tire size on a stock vehicle you said or else you would rub.

do you understand? or am i totally off?

:confused:Like I said 07TRD, why can't they just stick with inches. 16's are as big a rim as I will ever go with because the price just goes up on tires with rim height.
