Thinking of buying a 1up bike rack on my 3rd gen Tacoma. I like this bike rack because it looks like it's tight to the rear bumper when folded up so i can park in my garage. I 've seen some pics on Google search, but wanted to hear from owners. I am sure there is a thread for this, but I couldn't find one solely on bike racks. If you find the thread link here please. Thanks

Thanks for that. I was hoping for a pic of a single 1up rack folded up. And if anyone has any measurements from tailgate to rack that'd be great. I have limited space in my garage so I wanted to make sure it would fit. I like the single rack so I can still use my backup camera while it's folded up. I would like to keep it installed. I have Kuat sherpa and it makes my truck too long and have to remove everytime. Thanks

I used to have a single. Folded up it was very close. I would have to park precisely each time, < 1inch from rack to garage door.

I actually just ordered a 1up single bike rack. Didn't like the tailgate pad as much as I thought I would. I'll take a picture of it installed when I receive it.

I will snap a few shots of mine when I get home from work. The rack is the best rack we have owned! We have had ours for 5 years and it still looks great

Here is our rack - sticks out 8" from the tailgate when folded up

That's exactly what I needed to measure my rear bumper to the end of the wall of my garage. Thank you so much.

Picked one up a few weeks ago off of FB Marketplace. I love it. I can take some measurements if you like. Side note... just got pulled over today because my rack was in the "up" position and it "obscured" my plate. Just got a warning, but evidently its a $325 ticket here in Michigan.... guess I will be driving around with my rack down from now on... hopefully no one rear ends me!!!
