Nice thing was I got the truck for $4000
    Nice truck...its about time for a lift and some bigger tires though:D

    Verrryyy clean '95, 4x too huh I used to have a standard cab 4x it was an '83 conventional 4 wheel drive ( I guess they call it solid axle or straight axle now) & mine climbed like a goat as I'm sure yours does too , nice short wheelbase, even without a locker. Be proud dude, that was a good find you had, I miss the hell out of mine.....:D:D:cool::cool:


    Heres a pic I took about an hour or so ago on my way home.

    The other 2 are what I'm going to be messin' with in about a week & a half down in Ocotillo Wells at Truckhaven & some place called "the Notches".

    Its a friend of mines truck & I just luv that fuckin' thing !!!:D:eek::D:eek:

    yea i needs some tires i think im going to get some 31x10.5 and i want to take off the decals but i dont think there is an easy way to do it. want to do a 3in lift and im going to make some bumpers and rock sliders

    Nice truck. This is my '95 and I too want to get rid of these dinky 30x9.50's/ Although my 3.4L will work a little harder, Im ready for some 31" BFG KM2's.

    Neither did I until I popped the hood on this one at my toyota dealer. Couple hours later I drove it home. Bought it last October with 112K on it.

    Wow.. I just looked it up, your right not that you were wrong in the first place but I have never seen or heard of this ever before and I'm very knowledgable on Toyotas. I think you got something pretty rare.

    I remember the regular cab with the V6. They were rare back in the day. Real good performance vehicles. My 2002 reg cab came with the decals and I had them removed before I took it home new from the dealer.
    Great find, good for you.

    Im not 100% sure, but I do know that with manual hubs it locks the 4WD IN 4WD as soon as you get out and lock the hub. As to with auto hubs, it take a little bit after you put it in 4WD to lock, you even have to drive a little bit in order for them to lock. And its less electric shit. :cool:

    Haul Ass is a relative term. My "Haul Ass" toy is my 509whp GTO that traps 116mph in the 1/4 at 7,000 feet elevation. So the taco is really slow but fast enough.

    mine is a 3.4 also yea i have a bolt on 95 camaro z28 for my haul ass toy but the yota has enough power to get the job done dose any1 know the best way to take my decals off??
