^^^ Ah, haha. Good question. It can't. It's the road that leads to my house. It's a hilly, curvy, rutted, dirt road. My lowered Miata on track tires can't do that, lol.

So the idea is to tow it to the main road when I want to drive it.

Yeah I think you'd be OK to tow it a 1/4 mile if you just go slow and stop early. I wouldn't try and get on a public road with that trailer though

throw some air bags on the truck and the bumps and stuff shouldn't bottom you out. besides that, 1/4 mile doesn't seem bad.

Right on. Thanks for the advice. I don't need to get on a public road with it. The Miata is road-legal and drives just fine. I just need to be able to get it in and out of my property and onto a proper road.

Pull a ~2300lb camper 8-10 times a year. Another couple hundred pounds of stuff in the bed sometimes with it. I stay out of major mountains/hills, but she does just fine! 2.7 5sp manual.
Kayaks are a weekly haul in nice weather. Guys with the big bad lifted diesels don't like hauling the little canoe trailer because they cant see it well. Fits me just fine!

I bought a used Coleman popup camper a couple years ago. Only had it out a few times. Most of the time I drag the seadoo and we rent a cabin. It's too bad there isn't a way to drag them both at the same time

The exhaust will be blabbing underwater, the water is at about the bottom of the rear hub caps
