I helped my son move into his first house last week. He had about 10yrs worth of Stuff in the house he and his friends were renting. I don't how much the stuff weighted that i had in the trailer and bed but I only got 13mpg. I got better than that when i had my Harley in the trailer. The trailer is 10ft x 5ft wide and is 6ft high.
This is the only picture I have of the trailer on this computer. I pack w h ere you fill every little spot and when you close the door it's full.

Moved my 8.x16 shed about 400 feet to the other side of the yard. Probably weighed about 2500 lbs. Jacked it up and slid some PVC pipe under the skids. Took about 5 hours start to finish cause we had to do a u-turn around the trees.

10' trailer with a 500 gallon water tank with a 2" water pump. Making four 6 mile round trips from lake to water troughs, plus a 45 mile round trip from my house to the ranch. :) not bad for a 2.7l with stock 4:10s and 33s.

I'm impressed...guess I should not be too nervous about picking up a pop up in the next few years. But wait...you do have a 2.7, correct?
