    Like I said, I just live there. The fence is mine though. I paid and built (Building) that. 4x6's with 6x6 end posts. Fucker will out life the house by the time I'm done with it.

    You can see my neighbors 4x4 post next to the drain pipe parallel to his house on the left.

    I've got a $3000 claim to the house. (Plus whatever the fence is costing.) She paid for the house, if we split it's hers. Same goes for the truck. It's mine if anything happens. I made damn sure of this. The only thing she's put into my truck is a hair clip.

    The Federal Aviation Administration is buying it next summer so I will be moving hoping to have a bigger garage.

    Thanks yeah it is part of some Noise Abatement Program and our houses are in the way of their expansion project. The current Airport wants to build a hotel, more parking, build an access road with a connecting exit of the interstate to attract Canadien travellers. We are pretty close to Montreal so many come down for the flights are cheaper. :notsure:

    Right now its voluntary, but of the 155 houses eligble, 150 signed up to sell so if you stay you will go eventually. It actually is a very fair deal & friends I know who have already sold bought some pretty nice places. It will all work out.
