House is 3 bed, 2 bath, and about 2700 square feet, on 5 acres. The pond is about 2.5 acres, horseshoe shaped, and wraps around the house. About 1500 square foot deck in the back that extends out over the pond. And a 1200 square foot shop (metal building) to put my toys in. I had the house built in 2003. The bottom picture is what it looked like in 2001 when I bought the land.

Tigahshark - The pond was already there when I bought the property, but I had extensive dirt work done everywhere else on the property. The pond is 12-15 feet deep at the deepest part. Right now, we're in the middle of a prolonged drought and the pond is about 5-6 feet low. I have lots of catfish, perch (bream), and bass. And yes, I fish every day. Sometimes for 10-15 minutes, and sometimes for several hours. Life is good.
