Gentalmen, please grow up. The principles of tread lightly and rules put in place by BLM and forest services are there to protect the resources to keep them open to the public. Cops out there or not abiding by or not, does not matter. When the inspectors determine the land has been damaged enough they will shut it down. They do it constantly, and a lot of areas have been closed already. This shit isn't a joke. I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm trying to ask you to be responsible adults, that's all.

cops patroll out there, there are no designated trails. so anyone that steps foot on the property is not abiding by the law?? besides the road leading to the wash. (i dont even think this one is a "trail") have you ever even been to sycamore?

your digging yourself deeper than matt

So your saying you can only be on FR's? I dont see any around. I dont wanna take the time to read because I have a job, but does it actually say "lower sycamore is only accessible on open FR roads"? That is different than not being allowed off the FR roads at all. Sycamore is a wash, there is no FR down in a wash. What that means is you have to use the FR's to access the wash.

due to the nature of a wash its enter at your own risk and cannot be owned by anyone and blm and recreational laws dont apply.. from what i understand.

I got another cool story, this arguing about illegal off roading is pointless. Like you said Jake, people are gonna do what they want anyway.
